A1: KTX-Terrace(IPE) screw is used on outdoor terrace, especially close to seashore area, like wooden walkway. It is also suitable for extremely hard wood, such as IPE, Cumaru, Tigerwood, Garapa, Massaranduba and etc.

Q2: What is the difference for KTX-Terrace(IPE) Screw with and without rollet?

A2: It depends on your actual application. It is recommended:

   l IPE + hardwood: KTX-Terrace(IPE) Screw with rollet

   l IPE + softwood: KTX-Terrace(IPE) Screw without rollet

Q3: What kind of material do you offer for KTX-Terrace(IPE) Screw?

A3: We currently offer SS305 high tensile and SS316 material due to extremely hard wood application.

Q4: Why do you adopt drill point?

A4: The special drill point (nail point) is easy to position, the installation process is like pre-drilling and avoid splitting, so you do not need to pre-drill a hole on the building material in advance.

Q5: Does user need to pre-drill a hole before installation?

A5: Thanks to the special drill point (nail point) design, you do not need to pre-drill a hole before installation. However, it is not suitable for all kinds of extremely hardwood, if the hardness of wood is too hard, it is still recommended to pre-drill a hole first.
